Weaving Wisdom w/ Yoga, Light & Simple Sewing

The light has come and it is weaving through you! In this workshop, Laura Montgomery, 200HR Holistic Yoga Instructor, will be guiding you through a Synergy Yoga Flow weaved with light language followed by a simple shawl-making project!
What is Synergy Yoga?
Synergy Yoga is a flow-based yoga that combines both our feminine and our masculine energies. Feminine flow involves the hips, ecstatic movement, and playful motions! Our masculine flow is more rooted in grounded poses such as balance, focus, and the meditational aspects of yoga. When we combine them both, they support one another. There is no experience necessary for this yoga. Accommodations will be made for each individual student but if you are concerned, please reach out personally!
During our yoga and final rest (savasana), Laura will be weaving the language of light into our practice. Light Language is a powerful form of mudras and sound seeds that reach the soul’s DNA uniquely (you will not Just receive!:D)
Creating Your Own Shawl – Simple Sewing Project
After our yoga experience, we will debrief and then begin a simple sewing project! We will be learning how to create a shawl with just scissors, a button, thread, and a needle! All materials will be present for you! You do not need any sewing experience—it is truly very simple!
