We are preparing a Fall parade on Sunday, October 1st, at 1:00 PM. The route will be determined. We are looking for organizations and schools to decorate floats on the theme of fall, Halloween and related subject for a kid friendly event. There is a committee put together with members of City Hall, the Special Events Committee, Ottawa’s Visitor Center and volunteers. We are also planning on having kid friendly activities at the Jordan Block with Bob Bradish performing right after the parade. Additionally, the types of activities at the Jordan Block (bouncy houses, balloon making clowns, face painters) could use sponsorship from businesses.
